Unfortunately, many publishers are inundated with manuscripts, so it may take them a while to get back to you. Don’t expect a full critique of your work after submitting a manuscript. If yours is not accepted, most publishers are able only to provide a few remarks explaining why it wasn’t suitable for their publishing program. It is important not to get discouraged.
